BofA Shareholder Suit Over Merrill Deal Still On

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009) -- A judge has reportedly refused to dismiss a shareholder suit against Bank of America Corp. CEO Kenneth Lewis and the rest of its board of directors over their alleged failure to warn shareholders about mounting losses at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. before they voted on Bank of America's acquisition of it.
