Ford Ups Recalls Over Faulty Cruise Control Switch

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009) -- Ford Motor Co. is recalling an additional 4.5 million vehicles because of concerns over a defective cruise control switch, bringing the total number of vehicles recalled over the faulty part in recent years to 16 million, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
