Law360, New York (October 13, 2009) -- A judge on Tuesday denied American Signature Inc.'s bid for a temporary injunction blocking the U.S. Department of Commerce from reassessing duties against the importer for wooden bedroom furniture from China, as well as dissolving a temporary restraining order.
