IP Not Top Priority For Corporate Counsel

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009) -- Corporate counsel expect to see a swell of litigation in the upcoming year, but they are less worried about intellectual property than about some other types of lawsuits, according to Fulbright & Jaworski LLP's 2009 Litigation Trends Survey.
