Law360, New York (October 14, 2009) -- A new rule intended to reduce the time and cost of document review during discovery by muting the consequences for accidentally turning over privileged documents has had little impact on litigation costs, according to Fulbright & Jaworski LLP's 2009 Litigation Trends Survey.
