Law360, New York (October 14, 2009) -- A federal judge has given the initial green light to O'Neal Inc., former Revco DS Inc. unit Retrac Inc. and several of their insurers for a settlement of up to $110 million in a class action over E-Ferol, a toxic vitamin solution manufactured by Retrac's predecessor and given to premature infants in the mid-1980s.
