Law360, New York (October 19, 2009) -- Travelers Indemnity Co. has reached settlements with two French reinsurers, Assurance Generales de France SA and La Fonciere Compagnie D'Assurances, in a breach of contract suit over claims stemming from an environmental settlement with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
