House Dems Urge FCC To Soften Net Neutrality Stance

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009) -- With the Federal Communications Commission expected to vote on hotly debated net neutrality rules Thursday, 72 Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives have asked the agency to soften the proposals to avoid stifling broadband competition, while Google Inc. and other top Web-based companies have stressed the need for a more open Internet.
