AT&T Seeks Stay, Limit On Pricing Program TRO

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009) -- AT&T Inc. has asked a federal judge who temporarily restrained the telecommunications giant from implementing an allegedly predatory pricing program to issue a stay of the order pending interlocutory appeal, as well as narrow the order's parameters to include only the five carriers that brought the suit.
