AIG, National Fire Win Dismissal Of Lifeline Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009) -- A court has dismissed a breach of insurance contract case against AIG Domestic Claims Inc. and National Union Fire Insurance Co., ruling that plaintiff Lifeline Health Group Inc. failed to state a claim under the language of its directors and officers, corporate liability, and employment practices liability insurance.
