Law360, New York (October 19, 2009) -- Red Bull GmbH has settled its gray market lawsuit against Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Lamont Distributors Inc. as the Austrian energy drink giant presses its campaign against companies that it says peddle products not intended for sale in the United States.
Details of Monday's settlement in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York were not disclosed. The case was dismissed without prejudice....
