Developers Add Voices To Md. Suit Over LNG Project

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009) -- A federal judge has granted the developers of the controversial AES Sparrows Point LNG Terminal and Mid-Atlantic Express Pipeline Project permission to intervene in Maryland's suit challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's approval of the project under the state's coastal management plan.
