Law360, New York (October 20, 2009) -- Airbus SAS and several suppliers have been hit with a lawsuit by the relatives of eight victims of Air France Flight 447, which crashed into the Atlantic Ocean in June on its way from Rio de Janeiro to Paris, killing all 228 people on board.
The plaintiffs filed their complaint Monday in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Ill., naming Airbus and Airbus Americas Inc. among the defendants....
