CIT Again Remands Taiwanese Steel Pipe Case

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has remanded for a second time a U.S. Department of Commerce decision on alleged dumping of steel pipe products from Taiwan, saying the agency failed to adequately address why it excluded an adjustment for imputed costs.

Judge Judith Barzilay ruled Tuesday that an anti-dumping determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce was not supported by substantial evidence and needed to be reconsidered....
