Law360, New York (October 21, 2009) -- Motorola Inc. has reached an agreement with Stragent LLC to resolve the patent-holding company's claims that the technology giant infringed a patent related to online messaging, making Motorola the latest of a slew of defendants to exit the suit.
The companies lodged their joint motion to dismiss Motorola from Stragent's suit with prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday....
