Law360, New York (October 21, 2009) -- DuPont Co. and Makhteshim Agan of North America Inc. have reached a licensing deal for DuPont crop protection patents and resolved a lawsuit in which Makhteshim Agan sought a declaration that a DuPont patent was invalid.
The royalty-bearing license agreement covers DuPont patents related to homogeneous blend technology that enables the efficient blending of different pesticides, the Wilmington, Del.-based chemical giant said....
