Eli Lilly To Pay $45M To SC In Zyprexa Off-Label Deal

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009) -- In the latest of a series of state settlements over Zyprexa, Eli Lilly & Co. has agreed to pay $45 million to South Carolina to resolve allegations it improperly marketed the antipsychotic drug for off-label uses.
