Alcon Sues Apotex Over Glaucoma Eye Drop ANDA

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009) -- Eye care giant Alcon Research Ltd. is seeking to end generic-drug maker Apotex Inc.’s bid to manufacture a generic version of Alcon’s Travatan eye drops, saying Apotex’s abbreviated new drug application infringes five Alcon patents.
