States Want Judge Off Allegheny Energy Clean Air Case

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and four other states that filed a Clean Air Act suit against Allegheny Energy Inc. over allegedly unapproved and emission-increasing changes to coal-fired power plants have asked a federal judge to disqualify himself from the case.
