Visteon Moves to Sell Nissan Parts Plants To Haru

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009) -- Bankrupt auto parts maker Visteon Corp. has asked for court approval to sell four manufacturing facilities to Haru Holdings LLC for more than $11 million in an agreement that also involves Nissan North America Inc., which uses parts from the plants.
