Law360, New York (October 26, 2009) -- A judge has lifted an injunction exempting bottled water products from New York’s 5-cent recyclable deposit law, which was put in place as part of an ongoing lawsuit against the state by a number of water bottlers, in a move that could bring millions of dollars of revenue into the state’s coffers.
