EU Officials May Make Airlines Give Up Slots: Report

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009) -- European competition regulators reportedly have told British Airways PLC, American Airlines Inc. and Iberia Group that they may have to give up important takeoff and landing slots in order to gain antitrust immunity for their plans for a trans-Atlantic alliance.
