Goodyear Denied Declaratory Judgment On $10M Policy

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed a declaratory judgment claim from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. without prejudice, saying the company's contention that Federal Insurance Co. owes it $10 million on an excess insurance policy in a case accusing an underlying insurer of breaching contract is not ripe for adjudication.
