Law360, New York (October 27, 2009) -- Retailer ICG America Inc. asked for sanctions Tuesday in its trademark suit against Wine of the Month Club Inc. alleging the phrase "wine of the month club" is generic, seeking legal costs for a racketeering counterclaim.
