Watson Settles with Barr Over Oxytrol

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009) -- A unit of specialty pharmaceutical firm Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. has struck a deal with Barr Pharmaceuticals Inc. that resolves patent litigation over Watson’s Oxytrol and grants Barr a license to eventually market a generic version of the overactive bladder treatment.
