Fla. Court Reverses $24M Honeywell Asbestos Verdict

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009) -- Citing four separate errors by the state court, a Florida appeals court has overturned a jury verdict ordering Honeywell International Inc. to pay more than $24 million to a local doctor who developed terminal cancer after allegedly being exposed to asbestos from brake pads produced by a former unit of the company.
