Qimonda Asks ITC For Second Look At Patent Ruling

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009) -- Technology company Qimonda AG has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to review a determination issued earlier this month finding one Qimonda patent invalid, and ruling that Seagate Technology and LSI Corp. had not infringed three other Qimonda patents by importing semiconductor integrated circuit chips.
