AstraZeneca To Pay $520M In Seroquel Off-Label Case

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009) -- AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP has agreed to pay $520 million to settle an investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania into sales and marketing practices for the company's antipsychotic drug Seroquel.
