Law360, New York (October 29, 2009) -- Bayer CropScience LP has accused two other environmental companies, Tessenderlo Kerley Inc. and Phoenix Environmental Care LLC, of copying its ingredients for fungicides for grasses, plants and crops and using a brand name that is similar to Bayer's.
