DOL’s Anonymous Workers' Comp Rule Chucked

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009) -- A federal judge has struck down a U.S. Department of Labor rule requiring individuals who file claims for workers’ compensation under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Black Lung Benefits Act to remain anonymous in public records.
