House Health Care Bill Gives FTC More Authority

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009) -- The Federal Trade Commission will have the authority to investigate anti-competitive practices in the health insurance industry without congressional approval under the U.S. House of Representatives' proposed health care bill, according to a news report Thursday.
