Law360, New York (October 30, 2009) -- LG Electronics Inc. has agreed not to oppose requests from Westinghouse Digital Electronics LLC and Vizio Inc. to stay LG's patent infringement suit over digital television technology while the U.S. International Trade Commission considers a related case over some of the same patents.
Westinghouse lodged its unopposed motion Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, while LG filed a response agreeing not to oppose the stay....
