Dickinson Malpractice Suit Unfit For Fed. Court: Judge

Law360, New York (November 02, 2009) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider an order sending a legal malpractice suit against Dickinson Wright PLLC back to state court, finding that the underlying issue — a dispute over a lapsed lacrosse stick patent — does not bring the malpractice claims within the purview of the federal court system.
