Delphi Sues Methode Over Airbag Technology

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- Delphi Automotive Systems has accused Methode Electronics Inc. of taking advantage of a sole-supplier arrangement by forcing Delta to pay drastically higher prices for airbag actuation system equipment and asserting a patent developed using proprietary information gained from their relationship.
