Law360, New York (November 02, 2009) -- Electricite de France International SA and Baltimore-based Constellation Energy Group Inc. finally made good on a $4.5 billion nuclear assets deal Monday, brushing aside concerns that a $100 million ratepayer rebate required by Maryland regulators would create a snag.
