Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- Pharmaceutical and medical device company Allergan Inc. has fired back in Ocular Research of Boston Inc.'s patent infringement suit over a dry eye treatment, saying the ophthalmic research center's patent should be declared invalid for inequitable conduct before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Allergan filed its amended answer to Ocular Research's complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Monday....
