Panasonic, Toshiba Resolutions End ITC's LED Probe

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated its investigation into allegations that more than 30 companies infringed a light-emitting diode patent, now that the Columbia University professor who lodged the complaint has reached a resolution with holdouts Toshiba Corp. and Panasonic Corp.
