Tycoon, Gas Cos. Agree To Drop Antitrust Suits

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- A federal court has granted joint motions to dismiss qui tam lawsuits filed by oil tycoon Jack Grynberg alleging anti-competitive practices on the part of several natural gas companies — including Exxon Co. USA, Enron Corp. and Mobil Natural Gas Inc. — in a long-running multidistrict litigation.
