Internet Censorship Could Violate WTO: Study

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- Censorship of the Internet is not only contrary to basic concepts of freedom, but it might also violate trade agreements and be open to challenges in the World Trade Organization, according to a new study by a European think tank.
