Frank Asks SEC, CFTC For Input On Derivatives Bill

Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank, D-Mass., has asked the heads of the Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission for input on amendments to beef up the committee's recently approved legislation to regulate derivatives.
