Cargill Ordered To Pay Up For Discovery Misstep

Law360, New York (November 05, 2009) -- A federal judge has partially granted Oklahoma's bid for sanctions against Cargill Inc. for allegedly botching discovery requests in a suit brought by the state that accuses the company of tainting the Illinois River watershed with poultry waste.
