Law360, New York (November 09, 2009) -- Zinc producer Horsehead Corp. has asked a federal court to approve a $1.2 million settlement with more than 500 plaintiffs who say the company failed to pay them for meal breaks and for job-related functions including donning and doffing clothes and safety gear.
