Law360, New York (November 12, 2009) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit will hear oral arguments Friday on whether a district court applied an incorrect standard of law and decided contested issues of fact against Omnicare Inc. in its suit alleging two health care companies violated antitrust law in Medicare contract negotiations.
