Law360, New York (November 10, 2009) -- About a dozen objections have come in against LandAmerica Financial Group Inc.'s Chapter 11 plan, mostly by entities that have adversary proceedings pending against the liquidating real estate services and financing company and by the Internal Revenue Service.
The objections were filed just before Tuesday's deadline and eight days before a confirmation hearing takes place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia....
