Law360, New York (November 13, 2009) -- Former Refco Inc. auditor Grant Thornton LLP and outside counsel Mayer Brown LLP have moved for a second time to dismiss a fraud lawsuit brought by the trustee overseeing Refco Inc.’s bankruptcy proceedings in response to allegations that they knew about the financial firm’s massive fraud scheme.
