Lightspeed Hits Back At Bose Over Pilot Headsets

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009) -- Lightspeed Aviation Inc. has beefed up its counterclaims against Bose Corp. in an infringement suit over noise-reducing headsets for pilots, saying Bose's patent is unenforceable because the technology was used in public during the first nonstop flight around the world in 1986.
