Ohio City Settles Cuyahoga River Sewage Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2009) -- The city of Akron, Ohio, has agreed to pay a civil penalty and make improvements to its sewer system to settle a case the U.S. government filed against it over pollution in the Cuyahoga River.
