Law360, New York (November 16, 2009) -- A federal judge has denied American Eagle Outfitters' bid to compel privileged documents related to Payless Shoesource Inc.'s acquisition of the American Eagle trademark from a nonparty footwear company, in a suit accusing the discount shoe giant of infringing the mark with a line of footwear and bags.
