Eli Lilly Escapes Suit Over Prozac Slaying, Suicide

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed a wrongful death suit against Eli Lilly & Co., rejecting the plaintiff's bid to add a new expert after the judge excluded testimony from a psychiatrist for using flawed methods to show that Prozac caused a man to kill himself, his wife and his dog.
