Calif. AG Warns Sears, Others Over Lead-Tainted Toys

Law360, New York (November 17, 2009) -- California's attorney general has targeted several major retailers — including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Target Corp. and Sears Roebuck & Co. — for selling children's products that contain illegally high levels of lead, advising the stores to pull the products immediately.
